This is an idea based on an Article I read at...

And it has got me thinking.
Over the past few years, due to a combination of a need to get as much of your roster on the biggest show, and the invention of the WWE Network, PPVs, specifically Wrestlemania, has got longer and longer. Counting a two-hour pre-show, Wrestlemania this year will probably be seven hours long. While I can admit the card overall is looking pretty damn good this year, there could be a better way to handle it. The article I will link at the end, suggests a two-day split for Wrestlemania.
Rather than one long show of 7 and a half hours (because we all know it will go into overtime!) this suggests splitting the show into two four hour shows. That way, the fans will be able to have two Wrestlemania main events, giving that honour to two both world title matches, the shows will still be grand and packed (as long as they balance them out) but the fans won't be passing out half-way through it and not be as invested in an otherwise solid match. I mean, New Japan has their touring shows such as The New Begining which this year had multiple shows, so would it be possible for WWE? I think I'll just list out some positives and negatives.
Pros:
+Still possible for more people to get on the show without as many throw away multiple-person matches.
+ Less crowd fatigue
+ Double the money for them. (It is possible to have package deals to make it more likely that fans can attend both shows)
+ Both World Title matches can main event a show each, preventing either of them from being "buried in the mid-card" and fan backlash over "What should main event."
+ A show on Saturday Night may make it easier for some of the casual fans to watch as it is not the night before work or school.
Cons:
-May have to rearrange Wrestlemania Weekend, Hall of Fame may be moved to Thursday and Takeover to Friday
- Especially if WWE always keeps to Stadium shows for Wrestlemania, to sell out two nights is a difficult task (although package deals with one getting their tickets at a discount for the second show may help a bit)
- Two nights in a row? Not everyone may be able to see two shows, even watching at home.
Those are just some random ideas I thought out as the coffee is trying to kick in. Feel free to let me know what you think and feel free to check the article down below.
