Cardiff live smackdown show results plus big news.
Hey guys i went to watch a smackdown live show last nite in cardiff my dads hometown which is in wales uk. And man what a day,first off i got a photo taken with mick foley signed his book i had etc in waterstones. Then as me and my dad was outside the CIA (Cardiff international arena) oppisite theres a pub with an outside seating area. I saw two men walking across the road towards us it was none other than RVD and Sabu. I picked up my camera and asked them for a picture. Sabu said"have you got any weed?". I said ummmm no she he said sumthing like sod you then. Me adn my dad was like oh my god did rvd and sabu ask us for weed? Rvd kept walking at this point with something in this hand which iam assuming was money or a roley for the weed i wasnt quite sure. Now after that we went intot he show and here are the results from my memory. So it may be a bit scrappy ive slept since lol.
Match 1. Chris Benoit vs mvp non title match.
Not a nad match at all plenty of reversals and counters by both men the crowd was for benoit then towards the end of the amtch mvp chants(started by me
)were filling the arena. Mvp missed his play of the day benoit german suplex'd him 3 times headbutt from the top rope and a 1,2,3. A good opener and nice match up.
Match 2. Chavo Guerrero vs Gregory helms. Crusierweight title
I wasnt sure who to cheer for even though i like helms i was still unsure.My dad started off a eddie chant which everyone sang for 2 mintues or so chavo tapped his chest and thumbed up the crowd which got a good pop. Half way through the match eddie chants started along with chavo ones. But chavo told us to shut up and said hes the only guerrero or something. So he got booed and helms got cheered. A quick match this was mostly half and half with helms hitting his finisher nightmare on helms street. Chavo kicks out and does the 3 suplexs missed a frog splash helms went for the shining wizard chavo ducked rolled him up for the 1,2,3. Not a bad match up,helms got cheered and applaused as he left.
Match 3 . Regal and taylor vs jimmy yang and nunzio.
Regal got booed a lot. Hes english we are welsh well iam welsh living in usa lol but iam welsh. We hate the english itsl ike usa and canada in a way but we hate england more than usa hates candad or vise versa. He got one or two cheers but the crowd hated him. Not a good match just the 2 faces tryni to do flips and cudnt really regal and taylor won with a samoan drop/knee tot he head combo.
Match 4. london & kendrick vs deuce and domino tag titles(as if they win them back)
Not a bad match up no real high flying really from l & k but not a bad match. They worked over london a lot and kenrick came in and cleaned house as he did london came back in and went for a moonsault ont he outside but missed like smackdown really. Kendrick turned around for theyre new finsiher holding kendrink up via reverse atomic drop allowing domino to jump and kcik kendrick in the head which i can tell you connected casue we all went ouchh owwwwwwwww we heard it. AND THEY LOST.(i know it hit him cause after the show i seen him and i had a picture with him hes nose at the top was red and marked i said it hurt he said i think to hard haha).
Intermission with shirts thrown out was next i nearly had one but a kid had it so i let him have it. the lights went out as soon as they did i told my mate boogey man and hornswaggles runt herewen they go out they will run under the ring. Guess who was right? lol.
Match 5 Kane vs finlay
Good physical match up. it took finaly 10 mintues to get in ring after kane entered. He wipped the welsh flag inhis ass and stamped on it. He got ont he mic and said you got a squirrel on your countrys flag(its a dragon really).
Back and forth action really kane uppercuted finlay and i swear his tooth came out lol. Finlay went for chair but akne booted it in his face. Then hornswaggle came in kane sat up as he did and stood on his knees hornswaggle looked so scared so he put his hat on kane(got a lot of pops and laughs for that) kane threw him across the ring and caught finlay comnig behind him still with hat on and chokeslammed finaly for the 123,still with the hat on lol. He took it off adn did his flames which i was shocked at a house show. It was hot.
Match 6. Michelle mccool vs Jillian kristal as ref
Jillian sings britney spears agian terribly lol Michelle comes out and match starts.
Typical crap womens match jillian cheats a win and poses then she hits michelle agian then boogey mans music hits and he comes frm under the ring scrares jillian trhows worms on her. Then she left he threw worms onto the crowd i had one on my fucking rko shirt the git lol. She then fed an undertaker inpersonater worms to he was by me it was sick lol.
Match 7. Rvd,sabu and dreamer vs marcos cor von,matt striker and my guy elijah burke
Good macth up here crowd was behind rvd i wasnt after earlier on lol. I chanted wweedddddddooo haha. Usual ecw tv type match damn marcos cor von is huge he pointed at me as i screamed NEW BRREEEED! I chanted elijah experience he looked jump off the apron and shook my hand and slapped it i was so happy.
I was cheering for them then sabu came in after dreamer got beat up cleaned house rvd jumped on striker on the outside elijah saw sabu climbing the ropes i sadi get the weeedo sabu jumped off sabu got pounced by marcus i popped big time then elijah did the elijah experience on sabu int he corner for the 1.2.3.
Main event World title Undertaker vs Batista vs Ken kennedy vs mark henry fatal 4 way
I was so pumped up for mr kennedy's entrance i nearly fell off my seat when his music went off. He called us sheepshaggers i cheered he said you shag sheep do ya? Then the crowd started chanting who are ya at him(a football chant here).He said who am i? well from green bay wisconsin and we are not sheepshaggers there. IAM MR KEEENEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDYYYYYYYYY he goes tot he top rope(this is where i filmed it) then he said K-K-K-K-K-KENNNEDYYYY to a huge pop from me section. I shouted your awesome he just stared at me lol. Then mark henry came out to boos then batista to 75% pop 25% boos then taker came out to the biggest pop of the night. It was heels vs faces then when the heels got thrown out everytime taker and batista would tease a fight then they would get jumped. Not a bad match this good action inside and outside. Match ended when taker hit mark henry over the top rope batista threw him into the stairs. Kennedy hits the senton on taker but taker sits up and tombstones keendy for the 1,2,3 whilst henry holds batostas leg as he goes to break the count causing taker to take the victory. Batista left then taker did his pose witht he lights out and purple light. He then left henry walked behind him and kennedy was by me on the floor picking up his case i said your the best he said cheers man and shook my hand and my dads. What a great match and a great show. After the show i went out the back of the arena and got autographs from london kendrick jimmy wang mccool and sabu.
