TUF China Finale official weigh-in results: One fight scratched, but headliners on weight
MACAU – MMAjunkie was on scene and reporting live from Friday’s TUF China Finale fighter weigh-ins, where everyone made weight after a preliminary-card bout was scratched.
The festivities took place at Bellini Lounge at The Venetian Macao in Macau. The Venetian Macao’s CotaiArena then hosts Saturday’s fight card.
Among those weighing in were Dong Hyun Kim and John Hathaway, who headline the card. Each main-event fighter weighed 171 pounds.
As reported just prior to the weigh-ins, a welterweight bout between Zak Cummings and Alberto Mina was canceled after Cummings was expected to miss weight by eight pounds. Mina, who will receive his show and win money, refused to meet at a 178-pound catchweight.
Saturday’s card now has eight bouts.
