TUF China Finale adds three bouts, including Zak Cummings vs. Alberto Mina
The fight card for next month’s TUF China Finale, which concludes the first Chinese version of “The Ultimate Fighter†reality series, is now complete with 10 bouts.
UFC officials today announced a trio of fights for the card.
The TUF China Finale takes place March 1 at The Venetian Macao’s CotaiArena. The entire event streams on UFC Fight Pass.
In a welterweight bout, Zak Cummings (16-3 MMA, 1-0 UFC) looks for his seventh win in eight fights and hopes to build off a “Submission of the Night†UFC-debut win over Ben Alloway when he meets Alberto Mina (10-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who makes his promotional debut after building a 10-0 record in promotions across the globe while notching 10 stoppages.
In welterweight action, “TUF: China†semifinalists Albert Cheng (2-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Anying Wang (1-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) clash. Additionally, Chinese featherweight Jumabieke Tuerxun (14-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) returns from a 16-month layoff to take on fellow unbeaten Mark Eddiva (5-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), a Filipino prospect with five stoppages in five career wins.
