hmm, first of all I would say try and blend the hair a little better, I would take a smallish 0 harness eraser and go around it a little.
I've never personally been a fan of the dotted border, but i guess thats more a personal thing, BG doesn't look much, just looks like two trish images with some brushes and random blending.
The text doesnt really flow with the rest imo its so much darker your eye is drawn staight to it and you don't really notice the rest, especially with it being in the corner like that.
Personally not liking it, seen better in the past.
