Triple H

Can someone who watches next tell me if it's silly that triple h is a face on nxt but then is a heel on raw?

I don't follow nxt but I hear he is a face on there
When he is on raw does it still make sense because I would be annoyed that he plays two opposite roles on the same network

Triple H isn't really a character on NXT. He's not a consistent presence on their TV, rather he shows up when they do something that has never been done before (Live event in the UK, their Takeover specials etc). Also NXT and main roster WWE are kinda sorta separate entities but at the same time not.
On the main roster you see Triple H the character. On NXT you see Triple H the person
