Triple H is apparently among many that are hoping that Sting might pass on renewing with TNA when his contract expires at the end of the year.

According to a source, WWE would like to present Sting with a multi-faceted licensing deal which would include incorporating him into their Mattel deal and home videos. It would also likely include an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Signing Sting to a deal is apparently not a high priority for Vince McMahon, whereas Triple H is said to hold Sting in high regard.

I don't think the result matters in that dream match at all personally. It would be moronic for Sting to beat him.

Agree with this. I think if Sting did come to WWE he wouldn't work with anybody but Taker.

If I was Sting, I wouldn't even sign with WWE. I mean after all these years of shenanigans and TNA treating you like a GOD, you signe with 'em, just to go at WM and lose to Taker? No.

But yeah, it would be moronic for WWE to have Sting beat Taker, true.

I see your point, but what is there left for him to do in TNA? Honestly facing Undertaker at Wrestlemania is the peak of anyone's wrestling career and I think it would be the perfect way for Sting to go out. The result doesn't matter, it's the occasion of two of the greatest wrestling performers of all time going head to head at Wrestlemania, it would be a dream.

I think it would be a damn shame if we never saw it. We know Sting was incredibly close to doing it last year, so why not this year?

It'd be nice to have Sting in WWE, but anyway, he can do whatever he prefers, I don't mind.
