This list probably wasnt overly analyzed and thought out, they basically threw anyone annoying, stupid, or on bad terms with them into a list.
Bu nonetheless, most gimmicks ont here were annoying.

Hassan just tried to be the biggest heel possible. That isn't more so annoying as to hear Davari blabber on in some arabic language for 30 seconds.

I saw that the other day on WWE.com and quite honestly I was shocked at how they pulled this off... Paul Heyman had a gimmick? And it was worth #2 on a list which has top 25 gimmicks? And Jimmy Hart is the most annoying gimmick in WWE history?
