Santino, Hogan and Cena are / were all incredibly charismatic in their own way but in no way should any be on this list imo, Ted Dibiase Sr should be higher as should Jake Roberts both had differing styles but could use them so well.

Cena isn't anywhere near Stone Cold bro. He's awesome on the mic and underrated by the ignorant smarks but he's not near the class of Austin, Rock and Piper. Debiase should be top 10, it's ridiculous that HHH is above him. Personally I prefer JBL than Dusty on the mic too.

Cena whilst good / great at times isn't consistent enough partially down to material.

Off the topic of quote but why isn't Dusty higher? So few could get as much sympathy or connection with an audience, see his hard times promo as an example.

Nice post seabs. I still think Flair is overrated - those promos didn't amaze me personally.

English people won't make this list . Regal > HHH and Barrett > A lot of them.
