Lets face it, he's been dominant in WWE and has held the WWE Championship for 2 years.

8. Shawn Michaels
Good champ, WWF was based around him in the 90's but he never gave them ratings

7. Bruno Sammertino
One of the best and over wrestlers, and kept WWF in tact in the 60's. Hell he held the Championship for 8 years!

6. Kurt Angle
Another third wheel, but was one of the best champions, and an all around athlete

5. Brock Lesnar
Lets face it he was the man in 2002, 2003, and the beginning of 04. The championship was based off of him, and he was built up to be the #1 guy.

4. Triple H
Always the top heel when he was champion, and he produced ratings and had memorable feuds for the championship

3. The Rock
Whats more to say?

The best era in WWF history and Austin was the center piece

I'm an Very huge undertaker Fan... but i dont think he was the greatest WWE World Champion of all time


1 bruno Sammartino...

a man that held it 2 times 1st reign almost 8 yrs and 2nd almost 51 Months... He was a good wrestler in his time... Probabaly no one will ever reach his length ever again.....

2. bret Hart

This Man bought back the Pro wrestling of excellence back into the championship after Hogan/Warrior era... He made the championship back awesome like Sammartino.. This man is the greatest WWE World Champion of the 90's

3. Steve Austin

This Guy was the shit in the late 90's-2000's I woudlnt i was has number 1 Fan.. but he had excellent wrestling skills from the start of WCW - WWE... He could talks awesome and wrestle excellent... AN great Champion Healdine 14,15,17 WM in world championship... AN great champion

4.HBK

This guy would Be the 3rd Greatest WWE Champion of 90's .. This cguy could work an great or classic Match with anyone.. if he didn't suffered his Back injury in 1998.. he could of held the championship for 2-3 more times... Had alot of Great match in the WWE World Championship match starting with HBK Vs Bret Hart Survivor series 1992 - HBK vs cena WM 23...

5. Hulk Hogan

I'll quote Lou Thesz for this comment entertainer 10/10 Wrestler 1/10.... The Man was very predictable in matches like Rock, Batista, john cena.. He was very entertaining... But alot of his promo were basically the same.. but face it or Not he was an greatest Champion. His last 3 runs Push him down to Number 5.... Becuase in those 3 reigns total was about 4 and a half months.....

6. Kurt Angle

The Man give the Championship that bret Hart feeling to it.. Excellent wrestler makes an Excellent Champion,, I wish his reign were longer tho.. but excellent wrestler....

7. Bob Backlund

the man held it for 5 yrs the 2nd longest reign ever.....

8.brock lesnar

The best Big Strong ass Man Wrestler ever to hold the championship... Despite his very short WWE carerr the Man had alot of great classic matches as WWE Champion.....

9.The undertaker

The Man that Ended Hogan 2 Reigns, End Psycho sid and ended Austin reign.. My favourite wrestler ever.... great rein i wish 3 of them went longer but yeah he's my favourite....

Ok why is he on 10th spot on here. For good Wrestler, excellent entertianer but some times is over Hyped..I didnt like How his alst reign went I was pissed off because rock came back a month before vengeance and Boom get's a title shot and wins and then loses a month later.

Rock is good but sometiems overhyped. he's a great wrestler but there a hell of lot more.... He is better than cena or Batista...

I put hogan so high due to him paving the way for others....JBLs reign was the most entertaining ive ever seen....I have watched plenty of old school tape and Can not get into them,they dont entertain me, therefore I cant put them on the list Although i will put A couple Honarable Mentions:

reason wrestling took off in the early 80's.

2.STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN Austin=ratings could have great matches and
was entertaining on the mike.

3.THE UNDERTAKER Has not kept the belt as long as some of the
others, but to keep a gimmic persona going
for nearly twenty years and still staying at
the top of the card and having title runs says
something.

4.KURT ANGLE Could have a great match against anyone,
The best wrestler the WWE has ever had.

5.BRUNO SAMMARTINO The longest reigning champ, great wrestler
aswell.

6.BRET HART Another fantastic wrestler who could wrestle
anyone into a great match.

7.THE ROCK Great entertainer put fun into wrestling.

8.HBK Great performer had some fantastic matches

9.MICK FOLEY A man who put his body and heart into the
WWE.

10.HHH The best heel champ, can put over a great
story in a match.
