- After Sunday’s TNA Hardcore Justice pay-per-view, Bill Goldberg re-tweeted a message from a fan: “Sorry Crimson, a spear w/out a Jackhammer just sucks.”
Crimson seemed to take the re-tweet personal: “@Goldberg while you were gettin stretched by Chris Jericho I was dodging bullets for this country… #whosnextnotme #destroyinglives”
Goldberg responded to that: “Who are you again????”
- WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan turns 58 years old today while ECW Original Bill Alfonso turns 54.
- Matches for tonight’s TNA Impact Wrestling on Spike TV include Mickie James vs. Madison Rayne in a #1 contender’s match, Robbie E. vs. Brian Kendrick in a X Division Title match, Beer Money vs. Rob Van Dam & AJ Styles in a Bound For Glory Series match, Tara & Miss Tessmacher vs. ODB & Miss Jackie, plus a four-man BFG Series main event with Crimson, Gunner, Scott Steiner and Bully Ray.
- Regarding the possibility of Melina going to TNA, she had a fan in Bruce Prichard when they both were working for WWE. Prichard now works as the head of talent relations for TNA so it’s possible she could be offered a deal. No word yet if TNA is interested in any of the other recently released WWE talents.
