Toni Storm recovering from dental surgery, won't miss time

Toni Storm is recovering from dental surgery.

The 26-year-old revealed the news in a social media post on Friday which included a picture of her with bandaging wrapped around her jaw. She included the caption, "Surgery successful, see you Wednesday," in the post.

Storm is set to team with Hikaru Shida on next week's AEW Dynamite against Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter in tag team action. The four wrestlers are then scheduled for a four-way match on Sunday at All Out for the interim AEW Women's Championship.

Dr. Britt Baker DMD took a screen capture of Storm's post and offered her professional opinion on the matter.

"Toni should probably stay home and rest, but I know a great dentist if any post-op problems arise," she wrote.



Storm made her AEW debut earlier this year on the March 30 edition of Dynamite. She had requested and been granted her release from WWE in late December.
