Wasn't 100% sure where to put this but since he is on the Indy scene now I thought this would be best. Also note that it was from a few days ago.

TMZ.com reports that Travis “Tyson†Tomko, 38, was arrested in Florida on Monday after law enforcement discovered the former WWE star injecting himself with stolen pain medicine while hiding inside the bathroom of a Chili’s restaurant.

He is accused of robbing a CVS Pharmacy of 210 tablets of Oxycodone on Monday. A pharmacist claims Tomko threatened to attack him unless he was supplied with “several bottles†of Oxycodone.

The pharmacist complied and Tomko left with 210 tablets of the powerful painkiller. Tomko, however, claimed he did not threaten the pharmacist

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Tomko went to a nearby Chili’s restaurant, where he allegedly injected 178 “crushed up and melted down†pills into his system while spending 30 to 40 minutes in a restroom.

After police were informed of his whereabouts, Tomko was arrested and taken into custody on a robbery charge. He allegedly told police that he has a “severe drug problem.†One officer says Tomko had “needle marks and blood running down his arm.†He also flushed “something†down the toilet.

Tomko was taken to a nearby hospital and subequently transported to a nearby jail, where he was booked for robbery. He’s currently behind bars in St. Johns County Jail — bond was set at $7,500.

!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is an insane story. Terrible that he has dropped so low after spending plenty of time in WWE and TNA. Book that guy into rehab away so that his problems can be solved.

Former WWE and TNA star Travis Tomko posted bail yesterday and was finally released from jail. He will be immediately heading to a drug rehab program sponsored by WWE.

Travis' attorney James McCune told The St. Augustine Record, "He’s very grateful for all the support he’s received from his friends, family and fans around the world. Mr. Tomko realizes he is struggling with an addiction and with the support of his family and the WWE, he is voluntarily checking himself into an undisclosed treatment facility to receive the help he needs for a successful recovery."
Tomko was arrested on 10/10 after allegedly stealing oxycodone from a local pharmacy. He was later found in a restaurant bathroom having melted down and injected the drug, according to police reports.

Good move to get to rehab because he clearly needs it. WWE sponsored rehab is one of the best things that company has ever done as it has helped a lot of former and current wrestlers.
