Yes there can be no doubt about Di Caprio being the best actor currently.
I would put Brad Pitt right up there in the top 3 too, his performances in Moneyball, Scent Of a Woman etc are really great, and he has choosen to do more art/meaningful movies instead of stupid action movies like mr and mrs smith which is a good thing.
