I accuse WWE of underutilizing talent all the time, but I feel TNA does the same and usually it happens to their home grown stars. Here are some guys that come to mind that I really feel could get better pushes:

The Motor City Machine Guns: We've been waiting for a tag title run for what seems like years now, I think its safe to say TNA will never give the Guns the push they deserve :nonono:

AJ Styles: He should be in the World Title picture, if he doesn't win the Heavyweight Championship at Bound For Glory he should just quit. Its better than being in mid-card limbo

Amazing Red: I'm glad he got a win on iMPACT! this past Thursday, but it would be nice to see him in longer matches and maybe in the X Title picture

Daniels: All he does these days is run in to try and help AJ, then get his ass kicked

Eric Young: Lets just say, what he says in his promos make lots of sense. This guy has actual talent and I don't think he's been given the proper opportunity to showcase it.

Raisha Saeed: She's 456 times better as Cheerleader Melissa.

Roxxi: I know she's not with the company anymore, but its a shame what they did to her. She got fired because of bullshit backstage politics when she was one of the best workers in the Knockouts division.

The Main Event Mafia: lol, kidding.

What do you guys think? Agree or disagree? Do you have any of your own that you'd like to add?

EDIT: I fucked up the spelling of "underutilized" in the thread title, someone fix it plz

I definitely agree on MCMG and AJ especially. Kurt Angle and Russo have tons of pull in the company and they've spent a lot of time around Mcmahon and co. that are against smaller guys being anything. Red is highly underutilized and should at least get a "rough cut" or something because he's got a hell of a story to tell. Eric Young had a lot of potential but they've already killed it with this Rhyno crap.

Of anyone besides that list, Homicide was the top dog in ROH at one point, but what the hell happened!? As soon as Hernandez is out he's forgotten about. He could have been X division champion by now if it wasn't for that BI robbery shit. :smh

^ Yeah Homicide really is in a mess. AJ really needs the heavyweight title, Eric's epic heel turn has been stopped by Rhyno crap. Amazing Red is amazingly underitulized. Put him in the X-Division picture and maybe give him the title. Have Nash win the Legends title then have him lose it to Daniels. Alot better then where Daniels is at now.

TNA is fucking garbage

I give up...

They dropped the ball with MEM. After the swerve at Slammy, I was actually interested to see where they were going with it. Thought it'd be unique and refreshing...sadly, I overestimated the genius of Vince Russo. Its basically the typical angle we've seen a thousand times..

Yes, MCMG and AJ Styles are pretty obviously underutilized for sure.

AJ Styles is a prime example of TNA having Flavor of the Month Syndrome. They basically used AJ inthe first couple years because he was the best they had. They rode him as far as they could until they found someone better to carry them. Sure they kept AJ on the roster because the guy is Phenomenal, but they probably had no plans on ever giving him the belt again. I am not calling AJ Flavor of the Month, I am saying every flavor of the month following him kept taking his place. (Christian Cage, Joe, Angle, Sting)

AJ was just swept under the rug.

After all these years I believe TNA is finally realizing that the fans really want AJ back in the main event. It's easy to get sick of Angle, Sting, and Joe. I definitely think he'll main event BFG this year. We can only pray.

MCMG is a totally different story from AJ Styles. These guys are the most talented tag team wrestlers in all of TNA, but TNA just decides not to give them the titles or even a shot at the titles. TNA just doesn't care for them. They are insurance for when one of their other crappy, less talented than MCMG, tag teams go down or can't compete, that's when they turn to MCMG. UNDER-USED.

Abyss is also underutilized. The guy has given his life for TNA and TNA just continuously takes a dump all over the guy with suckass fictional storylines that nobody ever believes and/or falls asleep to.

I can't say Daniels is underutilized yet because he just came back. I'll voice my opinion in a couple months.

But TNA is infamous for underutilizing guys all over the board, remember Monty Brown? TNA could have made him the biggest star in the wrestling world, but they decided to go with Samoa Joe aka "penis-face" instead. BAD MOVE TNA.
