- TNA is bringing back the Spin Cycle Internet show next week and it will be in HD with a new set. Guests appearing on next week’s show include AJ Styles, Don West, Matt Morgan and Lauren. Show host Jeremy Borash posted a preview clip of Mick Foley being stitched up following his match with Sting at the Lockdown pay-per-view. You can see the graphic clip at his Twitter page, twitter.com/jeremyborash.

- TNA Knockout ODB was left off the most recent set of iMPACT tapings (three episodes worth) because company officials didn’t have any ideas on where to take her storyline relationship with Cody Deaner. In a separate note, her contract is set to expire in November.

- During a video clip promoting the Slammiversary travel package, announcers Mike Tenay and Don West take a cheap shot at World Wrestling Entertainment, believing they don’t embrace the fans like TNA does.

Without mentioning World Wrestling Entertainment by name, they say “the competition” holds a pretty big event around April every year and they wanted to keep the wrestlers away from the fans in Houston.

“Do you think they stayed 45 miles away from Houston because it was more convenient for the wrestlers?” said Tenay.

West replied, “Well, they stayed because it was more convenient for the wrestlers to stay away from the fans. What do we do? We stay WITH THE FANS!”

I feel sorry for ODB, having to be left off TV after being stuck with such a shit storyline.

Yea TNA doesn't really need to do that. All it does is make TNA look stupid for even trying to compete with WWE when both companies are on completely different levels.

you know what I like? I like that at Lockdown, Angelina Love won the title, and is still fueding with Awesome Kong (which makes scense), ODB won queen of the cage yet the next impact the #1 contenders match was between Taylor Wilde & Sojo Bolt. If they weren't going to use ODB why book her to win over someone you were going to make #1 contender the next show, and then not even give that person the title match on the next show. TNA can keep knocking WWE all they want, at least WWE doesn't book matches hyping them to be important then pretending they never happend in less then a week.

Yeah, but WWE has a different name for everything. Honestly saying the fans are part of the WWE Universe kinda includes them more. Almost saying that they're not just spectators, but decision makers (even though they aren't, I know).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but off the top of my head, I remember recently the all diva edition of ECW, the Scramble Battle Royal with Jericho, Mysterio, Jeff, Kane, Khali, and Morrison, The Bella twins heated rivary that mysteriously disapeared when they went to RAW, Primo debuting trash talking his brother only to begin teaming with him weeks later. Brain Kendrick walking out on London during a match yet they continued to team together without even bring it up.

^ To be fair, none of those were hyped up to be important, and the fact I forgot over half spells a lot about their supposed value.

Was the Queen of the Cage match for the #1 contenders match? Was it hyped as a reward or something? Far as I remember it wasn't (could be wrong though)

EDIT: and I didn't see the part where ThisGuy said something about hyping the match until now.

WOW. TNA ARE TAKING SHOTS AT WWE AGAIN...

it would be like iwf taking shots at another forum. (why can't tna be professional and grow up for once), we don't see CFL taking shots at NFL or english super league taking shots at nrl.

if you think so....

however i think its ridiculously childish, lame and to a degree, insulting.

^Lol, what? You find the term "WWE Universe" to be insulting? Wow....
Anyway, that is kinda funny. Obviously TNA, like any company, has to toot their own horn, but this is just stupid. How is WWE supposed to be up close and personal with like 70 or 80,000 fans?

Cryme Tyme and there number one contender spot for the tag titles. They did end up gettting title shots but way later and it wasn't even menioted about it being from there time winning the number one contender spot

Anyway on this I'm a TNA fan and all I found it kinda funny but really like they said there is a big difference in the fans so I mean you would have a hell of alot of people getting the ones WWE had over TNA's so I mean that would just over crowd everything.

To be fair, I think the WWE Universe is a cool name but not as a word to replace the term "fan". WWE Universe should be used to describe the WWE as a whole. Like, its so huge that you can't just call it the WWE. Because there are 4 TV shows and 3 different brands, you have to call it the WWE Universe. An example would be like Orton coming out and saying "I am the best wrestler in all of the WWE Universe!" meaning RAW, ECW and Smackdown!

Anyways, TNA is just trying to put over how they care about the fans so much. I agree, they do embrace the fans and they treat them better than WWE does but that doesn't say very much when you look at the TNA product. They do the complete opposite of what the fans want them to do
