======================================================

Do you guys think this is the right amount of movement? Is TNA bringing in the right guys? Should TNA be a more ballsy, and cut some stale wrestlers?

Looking at the list, they've added about 7 regular guys in 20 months. Of those 7 I'd say three were good pick ups. (Booker/Creed/tomko)

Should they surf the Indy scene and scout out new faces? Or should they go after ex wwe stars?

Another thing TNA seems to be lacking since Jarrett's departure, is leadership. Maybe its shown well on television, but Cage seemed to be a good leader, until Angle was brought in. Once angle came in, he brought a lot to the table, but i feel like he brought a lot of leadership to tna, and impact.

Well, I agree that Booker and Tomko were good pickups... I guess Creed is too from what we've seen.
However, you say "should they pick up more indy guys or get some ex wwe guys?"... Well, I say neither. All tht happens when they do that, is they push their own stars out of a roster spor, but the TNA homegrown guy sare the guys thta made TNA get even close to 1.0 ratings...
Bringing in Indy guys wont help ratings at all IMO, so theres no pointt, because they would just push away TNA's current wrestlers... And again, ex wwe guys arent neccesary either as they dont draw ratings, and they're usually old by now... But if I had to choose Id say they bring in ex wwe guys, at least they wont stick around too long, and they have some credibility (I guess)

If they want to bring in ex WWE guys, bring in good ones. Useless guys like Rellik(that's killer spelled backwards),Black Reign,The Bashams,Kip James...you guys get the point, none of these guys are useful, they are just wasting money, I rather go to the indies and get some good guys for 1/16 of the price some washed up ex WWE guy. TNA was suppost to be an alternitive but its just turning out to be another WCW. The thing is you can't do what WCW did because TNA isn't stinking rich. Stop worrying about ratings for a while and work more on getting better advertising instead of wasting all the money on useless people you don't need for example instead of getting better advertising they rather use that money to sign Lashley.

If I were TNA Management, I'd first get a developmental territory, then get some known indy guys in there, to try to boost their skills. Then once the time was right, they could be called up to the regular roster. Instead, all TNA seems to care about is signing guys that don't last, particularly major rejects like Scott Hall and Andrew Martin. They were supposedly in talks with The Ultimate Warrior, but I see him as just another Scott Hall or Andrew Martin that wouldn't last.

The best move TNA has made since bringing in Booker at November 11th's Genesis, was Judas Mesias. The guy was a freaking monster. If you took Abyss or Kane and gave them the quickness of a guy like Chris Sabin or Delirious, you'd get Judas Mesias. However, he proved himself as a Scott Hall-type guy, leaving the company due to an injury he got working in AAA. But once again, TNA made the wrong move by not even singing him to a contract. If they could've signed him, that injury in AAA would've never happened.

So whether it just be a case of bad luck, or foolishness on TNA's part,they just don't seem to ever make the right moves.

(oh an BTW, Johnny Devine is still on the roster, and Scott Steiner was on the roster during BFG, but wasn't apart of it due to injury.)

Thats a great point, TNA could use a training organization right now. I would think the reason they don't would be money. It also seems like they use Bookers promotion a little.

I think there is a small lack in indy talent right now, due to ROH as the super indy with contracts. Still there is a few names out there, they should be eyeing up for the future before anybody else takes them.

TNA should use Booker's promotion as a developmental territory, then they can make some more homegrown talent. The ex WWE guys are okay, but you can't base your promotion on them because they are getting old, every company needs a future, and if TNA wants to have a bright future they need to hire some younger guys and make stars out of them
