Since Montana never got back with me, I decided to create one anyway....lol

This is my power 10. I will update after every PPV and after every edition of IMPACT. Are there any changes you would like to make? Post your reasons or post your own top 10 if you'd like.

7/13/07

1. Kurt Angle
What can you say about the guy, he has 2 damn belts and looks storng heading into VR.....

2. Samoa Joe
He recently won back his X-Division belt, and dominated this weeks Impact ME

3. Team 3-D

Retained last week and had any ok match on Impact. Will they Coexist at VR?

4. Abyss
Had a strong showing since coming back, and spoke for the first time on Impact this past week

5. Sting
On the same boat Abyss is, just didnt speak for the first time ever.....lol

6. Christian Cage
Hasnt looked particulary that great in the past couple of weeks, but his promos are still great.

7. Chris Harris
Had a good match at Slammiversary, but havent seen much since. Had a long interview last night. Will he be able to step into the main event seen with a win of The Instant Classic?

8. James Storm
He always is cocky and always seems to have the upper hand. Will it stay that way at VR?

9. Rhino
The past few weeks, all he has talked about is James Storm being disrespectfull. If he doesnt step his game up at VR, he may be out next week.

10. Kaz
Had a good win last night and advanced to the 10 man Ultimate X match at VR.

Sorry, yeah i was just goin to say it was a good idea.

I still kinda think Cage is TNA's go to guy. I believe he is still undefeated in tna too. He's gotta be top 3. Jeff Jarrett should probably be on the list, even if he doesnt wrestle every week/month.

Well this is like WWE's power 25, where if you dont wrestle, or you have off weeks, you prolly will fall.

Thanks for the late aproval too Montana.....lol

And about Cage, he hasnt done as much as the top three guys in the past few weeks, thats why he isnt as high, but thats your opinion I guess. That could change next week with a win over Harris at VR

I don't see the point of power rankings in sports-entertainment where everything is scripted. To each his own, i guess

We've seen a Power 10, and a Power 5, how about........a Lucky 7!

1. Kurt Angle
TNA and IWGP World Champion, plus picked up the win this week on iMPACT!

2. Team 3D
Defended thier titles last week and are the longest reigning champions in TNA.

3. Samoa Joe
The X-Division Champ is #3 because of being made to look foolish by Angle these past couple of weeks.

4. Abyss
The monster has yet to lose since his return.

5. Christian Cage
Mr. "Instant Classic" should move higher with a win at Victory Road.

6. Rhino
Has looked dominant lately, but needs a win at Victory Road to stay this high.

7. A.J. Styles
Despite losing in a tag team title match last week, has continued to look "Phenomenal".

^Good "Lucky 7", LOL

The real only disagreement is with AJ. While he is my 2nd fav, he hasnt done anything in several months.

I totally agree with PeePShow's P10, but I think Sting should not be on the count down, he hasn't been wrestling for awhile, maybe add Styles on there also, but other than that it's awesome.

1. Samoa Joe
After Victory Road, Samoa Joe is carrying 3 titles on his shoulders, and it looks like nothing can stop him from gaining what he truly wants, the TNA World Title.

2. Kurt Angle
He is still the World Champ after Victory Road, but he got outsmarted by Joe and is now outnumbered in terms of titles.

3. Abyss
He continues to look unstoppable after his win over Styles and Tomko at Victory Road. Will James Mitchell's new Monster slow him down in the future?

4. Christian Cage
Had a hard fought battle with Chris Harris at Victory Road coming out on top. He was dominated for most of the match, but hey, a win is a win.

5. Sting
He keeps his number 5 spot after Sunday with a win along with Abyss. He didnt however score the pin.

6. James Storm
After his match with Rhino at Victory Road, he made Rhino look like a fool and showed him that hes not a man to reckon with. Could this be a long run for Storm?

7. Christopher Daniels
After his win in the Ultimate X match at Victory Road, will Daniels be able to continue on and eventually win the X Title, or will he just be another victim of The Samoan Submission Machine?

8. Team 3-D
After they were defeated at Victory Road, will Team 3-D be able to rebound or will they fall right out of next weeks rankings?

9. Eric Young
Lately, EY has been getting the upper hand on Rober Roode, and did so at Victory Road. Will his succes continue?

10. VKM
Defeated Bashem and Damaja at Victory Road and got some more revenge on Christy Hemme.

I don't see the point of power rankings in sports-entertainment where everything is scripted. To each his own, i guess

That's easy to answer. Wrestling is scripted, so you can't rank a wrestler on how tough they are, but you CAN rank wrestlers based on how much they draw. In wrestling, you're nothing if you can draw fans. Changing champions in wrestling is like changing managers in a business. If you, the new manager, can not make the company more money than the other guy, but the profits don't drop, then you're a 0% upgrade to the company. If the profits are cut in half, you're a -100% upgrade, and if you're profits double, you're a +100% upgrade. Similarly, a champion is chosen based on how many ratings he can draw in and how many PPVs he can sell. That's why so many guys without much catch-as-catch-can skills become champs (Cena, anyone?).

So basically, a power 10 in wrestling is a list of the top ten most over guys. Simple as that.

AJ needs to get in gear man, he has hit an all time low! Joe deserves the spot, even though I have gone sour on his fatass. VKM? Those guys are funny just for being losers! Goldust is probably showing up on the next list, lol. Great Job PeePShow.
