If you didn't see Victory Road, please watch the video below:

And anyone coming in here to defend this, don't. If you even begin to try to defend this crap, you're ignored and I won't even begin to reply to your crap.

What the fuck!? It's bad enough they let him come out to the ring, even worse that he stumbled the entire way to it and couldn't find the steps when he was trying to enter the ring.

Then you have him clearly enjoying the mixed-fruit flavor of his peppermint gum (I'll wait...) and he's just clearly stoned out of his mind.

Then they make this "No DQ" stipulation, only to allow Hardy a rope-break during his drawn out taunt of the crowd.

A couple flailing shots from Sting and a Death Drop... Sting gives up leverage in the pin and Hardy STILL can't kick out.

And for anyone thinking of saying it was scripted that way, shutup! Sting's facial expression says it all.

And then, by the sound of Sting's "I agree! I AGREE!" response to someone in the crowd, one must assume it was probably in response to a comment like "we were robbed!" or "Hardy needs help!"

And if I'm the only person who doesn't see "I came back for this!? I should have gone to WWE and fought Taker" written all over Sting's face after this match...

V_V!

This is by far the most disappointing botch ever in TNA, and there has been QUITE A FEW! Just.. wow...

Wait, that was the entire main event?! Awful.

Two options:

a) It was scripted that way for some inane reason.

b) Jeff was in no real state to compete hence why the match was so short.

c) For some reason Jeff kept himself on the mat for the three count to get out of the match quickly for some reason. He looks like he's struggling to keep himself down rather than get up during the pin.

EDIT: Aha. Option B? - http://weblogs.baltimoresun.com/spo...jeff_hardy_situation_at_tna_victory_road.html

Still doesn't explain how TNA would let that happen, though. If Jeff was in no condition to perform then you drop him from the card, come up with a storyline that he is injured and then make it Sting versus RVD versus Anderson in a triple threat main event for the title or have RVD and Anderson face off as the curtain jerker with the winner facing Sting in the main event. You can't tell me that Sting and RVD haven't got enough combined experience to have worked out a passable main event within a few hours.

TNA is selling that Jeff wasn't in any condition to compete... but why was he even allowed to come out!? It looks like Eric might have told Jeff to take the quick defeat, and perhaps that is what he told Sting without the mic to his face... but even still, Sting's shock is apparent.

They also said Sting isn't in any condition to compete in long matches... so why give him the belt and not have HIM lose?

No matter how you look at this, TNA did nothing to help themselves with this situation if it was planned. And if it wasn't planned, this is even worse imo.

The company is a joke. This merely confirms it.

I think you misread the kick out attempt. I do not think Jeff was "supposed" to kick out and it was a botch. I think Jeff was trying to kick out, but Sting knew this match shouldn't be happening so he ended it quickly and held very tightly for leverage. It was all a mess, and it showed how pathetic TNA is. Jeff Hardy is beyond pitiful.

Sting rolled his weight to Hardy's left shoulder which should have let Hardy jump his right shoulder up.

But watching again, you're probably right, perhaps Sting was just getting leverage. Even still, it ended the PPV entirely too early and leads to too many questions. If anything you bring out RVD and/or Anderson and let them have their rematch and put a real match on. Yes, Jeff was fucked out of his mind so he's AS at fault as anyone, but TNA let every fan in the Impact Zone and whatever fans bought this shitty PPV down... they robbed them. Absolutely atrocious.

Isn't Jeff Jarrett in Immortal? He didn't have a PPV, and putting him in the main event would have fit in the storyline of Bischoff being a corrupt official. Plus, fuck yeah Jeff Jarrett being in a PPV main event. Any way you slice it, TNA fucked up big time.

Also, found this on youtube, absolutely loved it.

youtube said:
Dear Sting,

Victory Road= Couldve been Wrestlemania

Jeff Hardy= Couldve been Undertaker

iMPACT Zone= Couldve been the Georgia Dome

1,000+ people in the crowd = Couldve been 50.000+ people in the crowd

The $ TNA is giving you= Couldve been topped by WWE

Your match against Taker= Couldnt have been any worse than ur match w/Hardy

If anyone seriously actually does think this is a work, you're a complete fucking blueberry. Holy shit, was Bischoff seriously trying to set things up on the fly during the match? He was probably begging Hardy to stay down and telling Sting he's sorry and to keep Hardy down. This is the lowest point of Sting's career, I feel so bad for him, one of the greatest wrestlers of all time is forced to deal with this absurd bullshit, he was beyond disgusted and pissed. His expression towards Hardy is priceless, he was completely disgusted by him.

Hardy was fucking high out of his mind, acting like a face, trying to kick out of the pin and just doing stupid shit like when he was teasing the crowd that he was going to throw his T-shirt to them. It's a shame, Hardy has done a pretty fine fucking job of making a complete turn to being a heel. Too bad he is a fucking disgrace, an idiot, and a drug addict. Words can't describe how bad I feel for his daughter, you would think becoming a father would smarten you up a bit but apparently not in the case of this fucking moron. I'm sure his wife is a worthless junkie as well, more reason to feel bad for their poor fucking child.

Also, yes there is no fucking way this should have been the main event, doesn't matter what's advertised when you have one of the guys featured in your main event, fucked out of their mind!

Oh my lord. I would demand my money back if I had some 8 year old who loved themselves some Jeff Hardy. This is disgraceful. How many strikes is this for Hardy in TNA or do they just call it sick days at that company? Matt Hardy couldn't be contacted because he was eating.
