TNA: 2010
It is officially 2010 and the era or Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan is well under way and the changes can be seen very easily. Eric Bischoff stepped up saying that the Knockout’s are generating very little money or ratings for TNA so he came to the agreement on the release of many who will not be used in the future and eliminated the Knockout tag team titles. Well Hogan has went out and signed new talent like: Jeff Hardy, Sean Morley, Brian Kendrick, Orlando Jordan and the biggest, Ken Anderson! Well he has also drawn the attention of The Nasty Boys and The Band!

However, TNA’s core was shaking all the way through when Jeff Jarrett finally returned and started going after Hogan and Bischoff for coming to TNA and making all of these changes and ruining the TNA that he has worked so hard to make! Foley joined in on this war and it looked as though TNA was splitting down the middle and chaos was ensuing. Dixie Carter finally stepped forth and announced that she has come to an agreement with SpikeTV to air TNA on two nights and split the roster with the shows being run by Bischoff for one and Jarrett the other! Hogan was behind Carter all the way, but the mayhem has just begun with Lockdown only a month away!

What you did with the Knockouts equals a cop out tbh.

I really DISLIKE the idea of two brands.

I don't see either show lasting tbh, it seems like you have like four solid main eventers (note that on eXplosion two of them are Joe & Angle which is beyond played out), and the ME scene would grow stale way too fast. Unless ofcourse, you push some people.

Goodluck, lets see how you make this thread last.

Tuesday Night eXplosion
February 16, 2010

We open at eXplosion with a brand new opening video highlighting all of the wrestlers on this new show. We then enter the arena and find Don West and Mick Foley our new announce team. West and Foley are both super excited about the change in sceneary and being free of the clutches of Eric Bischoff! They then announce the huge tournament where we will go from 8 contenders down to 2 battling for the TNA Title!

-Match #1-
TNA Title Tournament
Sean Morley vs. Daniels
Daniels defeats Morley with a roll up using the tights for leverage @ 4:04

Daniels quickly rolls out of the ring holding his back in pain as Morley sits up and stares down Daniels. Morley calls for a mic and stands up looking at Daniels who is now sitting on the ramp holding his back. Morley says that Daniels knows just as well as him that he was screwed and deserves a re-match! Suddenly Jarrett’s music begins to play and Daniels spins around as Jarrett says that although Morley was screwed they can not change the results or everyone would want their match changed, but Jarrett says that if Daniels loses next week that Morley and Daniels would go one on one at Lockdown in an Electrified Six Sides of Steel Match! Daniels is in shock as Morley points at Daniels and shows thumbs down for Daniels!

---Commercial Break---

-Match #2-
TNA Title Tournament
Homicide vs. Tomko
Tomko wins the match after flipping out of the Gringo Killa and nailing the Running big Boot! @ 5:29

After the match when Tomko is backing up the ramp he is jumped by a masked man! The masked man delivers a couple hard strikes across his skull before ripping him to his feet and tossing him off the ramp and into the steel barricade! The masked man stands tall staring down at Tomko’s lifeless body. Jarrett suddenly walks out onto the ramp and announces that at the start of the week he had a huge announcement concerning a new superstar and that since the downfall of ECW he has jumped on the chance to acquire… suddenly the masked man rips his mask off to reveal himself as Christian Cage! The arena erupts into cheers as Christian stares down at Tomko who is now looking up in shock!

---Commercial Break---

-Match #3-
Kurt Angle vs. Abyss
Kurt Angle barely escapes with the victory after being hit with a Black Hole Slam early, but Angle is able to hit an Angle Slam and lock in his Ankle Lock! @ 7:05

After the match Bobby Lashley sprints down to the ring and delivers a huge spear to Angle sending him to the outside of the ring. Lashley then lets Abyss stumble to his feet before lifting him up and dropping him with the Dominator! Kristal then climbs into the ring and gives Lashley a mic. Lashley says that TNA clearly isn’t getting his message clear enough. Lashley again demands that he be released so he can pursue a career in MMA outside of this hell whole you call TNA. He then says that until he is granted that release he will take out everyone on eXplosion! Suddenly Jarrett’s music begins to play and Jarrett walks out. Jarrett says that he knows a couple of guys who are also looking to get what they want. So Jarrett announces that at Lockdown it will be Bobby Lashley vs. Team 3-D in a six sides of steel handicap match! If Lashley wins he is granted his release, but if Team 3-D win they are sent to iMPACT to pursue the tag titles! Lashley is pissed as he yells at Jarrett, but Jarrett then announces that next week on eXplosion Lashley will be facing off against… The Band, Syxx-Pac and Scott Hall in the Six sides of Steel!

---Commercial Break---

When we return The Band is backstage and they are all smiles after being announced for their match next week, but they are suddenly interrupted by Bobby and Kristal Lashley. Bobby says that they should not be celebrating because next week he is going to prove why he is the most dominate wrestler in TNA. He then adds that he could beat a couple of washed up stars like The Band or Team 3-D anytime and anywhere!

We then see Dr. Stevie in the backstage area sitting in his chair. The camera widens and Rhino is laying on a couch talking about how his career is over, how TNA doesn’t need him anymore. Stevie says not to think that way, that TNA is always in need of veteren phenoms who have done so much for this business. Rhino says that he hasn’t been in a match in over two months, that he is wasting money and taking up locker space. Stevie looks at Rhino in disgust and says that TNA needs to know that you mean business, that you are here until that day that you die in that ring! Stevie announces that he is going to give Rhino a week of intense work outs and make overs and next week on eXplosion TNA would be presented to the brand new Rhino!

-Main Event-
TNA title Tournament
Matt Morgan vs. Samoa Joe
In an epic match between two of the best in the business Matt Morgan came out with his very best and defeated Samoa Joe after somehow countering the Muscle buster and delivering the Carbon Footprint for the second time! @ 9:37

The very first eXplosion goes off the air with Morgan standing with his foot across the chest of Joe and the announcers confirming that it will be Morgan vs. Daniels and Angle vs. Tomko next week on eXplosion in the TNA Title tournament!
