TMZ picked up on the passing of Nelson "Big Daddy V" Frazier and when linking to the article from their Facebook page, wrote the following tasteless comment about his weight:

"Obviously, the weight loss came too late ... or it was too much too quickly. R.I.P."

I found it somewhat amusing. How is it any worse than a few people on various forums (including this one) saying "lol I knew he'd die sooner than later, he was a fat fuck." (Not that I didn't find amusement in that either, just saying.)

Besides, looking at the quote, it's possible they didn't mean anything by it. I mean, given that it's TMZ, they probably did, but from what I've heard, an extreme amount of weight loss in a short time can be detrimental to your health. Never heard of anyone dying from it and I don't know if Big (Fat) Daddy V was even in the process of losing weight, but still.
