all you have done is got the text "TMT" put a picture over the top. Selected around the text with the magic wand got onto the image layer and clicked delete....you have then simply added a stroke (which isn't smooth) and added your name.

theres just nothing really to rate at all.

lol i know, well, carlito made the theme cartoons or video games, i wasnt to found of doing a gfx for either so i threw sumin together.
