WWE Backlash 2009 (Post Wrestlemania ppv)
Our first match would be ECW Title!!!!! (WTF >.<)
ECW Title Match
Singles Match
Jack SWAGGA!!!! Vs. Christian Cage
This match had a little of everything in it, but Swagger broke a WWE law dammit! He did a double leg shot, ( Standardized REAL Mat Wrestling move) but he quickly turned it into a slam (Kurt Angle vs. Randy Orton ONS 2006
) It then became classic Swagger kicking Christian's ass and Christian makes a come back. Swagger goes to take the turnbuckle pad off. Ref stops him. Christian though is on the other side and he took the pad off. Swagger rushes him blindly. Connects face with exposed turnbuckle. (Guess who won?) Christian nails unprettier for victory. (FUCK KILLSWITCH!)
Winnar!!!! - Christian!!!
Match Rating - 3.5/5
Thoughts - It was a very good opener and really set the tone for the ppv.
The Next Match was my pick for match of the night. Steamboat vs. Y2J. I wasn't that far off. xD
Singles Match
Rickeh "THA DRAGON!" Steamboat vs. "Y2Gay" Chris Jericho
Steamboat is what? In his late 50s? Early 60s? I don't know. He didn't seem like it though to be honest. He was a very solid wrestler in this match. They went a good 10 minutes which is like FTW for Steamboat. He did everything he used too xD. And WWE made it seem like a main event with the big save from a foot on the ropes by Steamboat after getting nailed with the codebreaker. Ricky got caught in the walls and was forced to tap. Y2J walked off. Obviously for a fan, Y2J didn't expect Ricky to kick his ass until the very end.

Thoughts - For Steamboat being how old he is this was an awesome match. It didn't take match of the night unfortunaly. -_-
Next match was CM Punk vs. Kane.
Singles Match
{C}arrying {M}atches Punk vs. Kane
Wait these guys had a match? Why wasn't I informed? This was a kane's Revenge match, but if any of the two woulda lose it wouldn't make sense. It gave Kane some hype, and ended the storyline i guess. It was ok with a huge Chokeslam by Kane for the victory.

Match Rating - 2.5/5
Thoughts - I guess the fans didn't know about this match either. The fans were dead.
I Quit Match
Jeff Harvey vs. Matt HARDy
This match was somewhat good, but not the best that these two had in their 3 encounters. It was still a good match. Matt was in control and the ending we see Jeff Hardy go completely ballistick on Matt. 2 Swantons, and few twists of fate and he tied Matt to a table and was about to splash him from the ladder. Matt gave a little speech to beg Jeff not to before finally quiting. For the sake of keeping this awesome feud alive, Jeff Hardy splashes Matt threw the table anyways. The pshycology was good just like the other two matches, but the quality didn't meet the other two matches.

Well we see Khali come out and it's time for that Santina thing to pucker up. Santina looks like a man. (Hmmmmmmmmm) Santina claims to love someone else. "Who could it be?" Said The Man Of A Thousand Inches Think Sideburns. Santina ummmm'd a bit and said it was JR. Obviously JR didn't know shit about this cause he was pissed xD. Beth Pheonix comes out to challenge Santina to a match for her Miss WM crown. Beth Proceeds to talk shit about khali. Khali bitch slaps her and pushes her down. The Ref rings the bell.
Winner becomes Miss Wrestlemania!

Santina(o) vs. Beth Pheonix w/ Her lesbian groupie.
The bell sounds off and Santina nails a picture fucking perfect leg hook laterial press for the 1, 2, 3! OH MY FUCKING GOD THAT MATCH RULED!!!!!!

Rating - 1 Rey Mysterio / 5 Big Shows
Thoughts - Easily beats HBK and Undertaker at WM 25
Khali rips her ummm his ummmmm it's bra off as Santina(O) leaves screaming like a girl. (Kinda like Santino(A)? Right? )

Six Man Tag (Russo?)
Legacy vs. The Man Incharged, Roid Tista, and the Seaman of WWE
This match really felt like a six man tag main event done on Raw. Nothing big just a solid 6 man tag. The ending though saved the match a bad rating. The Ending was so chaotic and so crazy I was like FTW!!!!!!!!!! Randy wins the match after miscommunacation between Triple Incharge and Roidtista.

Last Superman Standing For WHC
Edge vs. Superman Cena (Fuck Edge is screwed)
Good phsycology showned by the two at the start. It was some wrestling, but when the weapons came out the match kinda died down. As soon as Cena FU'd Edge off the top I was like NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! (Fuck Attitude Adjustment -_-) But Edge got up and the match really took off. My favorite was when Cena FU'd Edge into the crowd implants.shifty Afterwards the match was great the bulldog from like 20 feet was epic. (Most devasting bulldog ever) It looked like Edge would become the new superman after the con-christian less-a-to. Edge seemed to get crazy again. Cena has Edge up for a third FU. And the Big Hoe comes in and throws Cena threw a Projector. The whole thing exlodes. Edge Wins.

Thoughts - Big Show kinda threw me off. I wanted Edge to win it alone, but the ending still didn't disappoint.
Well overall the show got a 9/10 If it hadn't been for HBK vs. Undertaker at WM 25, Backlash woulda passed it. Backlash was prolly the best non major ppv of WWE in a while. not dissappointed here.
