UFC.com also provides confirmation:
The stakes have just gotten higher for UFC 133 main eventer Rashad Evans, as the former light heavyweight champion will now face an old rival, Tito Ortiz, on the August 6th card in Philadelphia after his original opponent, Phil Davis, was forced out of the bout due to injury.
Ortiz will be returning to the cage just over five weeks after he defeated Ryan Bader with a guillotine choke at UFC 132 to pick up his first win in five years. This fight is a rematch of the UFC 73 bout between the two that ended in a draw. Ortiz was deducted a point in the second round for grabbing the fence, which led to three 28-28 scorecards.
This whole ordeal appears to finally be over!
