Following a story.
- Alberto Del Rio became a two-time WWE Champion at tonight’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view from New Orleans, Louisiana. Del Rio defeated CM Punk and John Cena in the main event.

- Beth Phoenix captured the WWE Divas Title for the first time at tonight’s pay-per-view, defeating Kelly Kelly. Beth held the WWE Women’s Title three times.

- Cody Rhodes re-introduced the classic white Intercontinental Title at tonight’s pay-per-view, and retained it against John Morrison.

- The dark match from tonight’s PPV saw Daniel Bryan beat JTG.
