"They" are coming on Feb 3rd

On Impact last week Crimson attacked Abyss and said that "They" are coming on Feb 3rd and that they are coming after each and every member of Immortal.

Scott Steiner appeared at the end of the show so many have speculated that it will be the return of MEM. Will that be the case though? Will Nash, Sting and Booker all come back for this angle? Personally I think that the only one who is a better than 50/50 chance of returning is Sting. I think that it must involve other members than just MEM again.

Nash is reportedly in talks with TNA, and a spoiler said Scott Steiner made a return to the Impact zone, so it looks like MEM is coming back.

Yeah, thats what TNA needs. Another Stable vs Stable fued, like they haven't done this same fucking storyline to death since 08.

I don't understand why they are bringing back the old guys yet again to go right into a mainevent feud. Why not bring together some stars who will actually be around in three years time and who could benefit for a push against Immortals.

Because they think young stars won't draw. Bischoff 101 dictates that people want to see wrestlers they are familiar with. It's the same shit he has been harping since WCW. Funny how that worked out.

TNA tried that once, they were called Frontline and didn't win anything and had to be taken over by old Team 3D and Rhino.

They just don't know how to make stars, and when they try. they royally fuck it up, with a gimmick change a character tweak, and all of a sudden AJ Styles is acting like the Nature Boy even though everyone who watches TNA knows thats the farthest thing AJ is in real life. Abyss starts acting like a oafish manchild who likes to watch Obama's girls play in the garden and Samoa Joe gets a dick on his face. And lets not forget Jay Lethal acting like Macho Man.

The thing that I really can't understand is why they keep doing something that clearly isn't working. The ratings have been the same for three years but the roster costs would have to be close to double what is was before after all the big names they have brought in.

It would be nice if they pushed the stars like they did a few years back when homegrown talent that could wrestle where the focus of the show with the occassional big star brought in the add to the roster rather than completely take over.
