There's good news for UFC middleweight, Kyle Noke, after finding himself on the wrong end of an inverted heel hook from Ed Herman at UFC on Versus 5.

Noke's manager revealed to MMA Weekly that the Australian's knee did not suffer any fractures or tears, with an MRI showing only a sprain. Noke should be able to resume training after a few weeks of rehab.
