In a sick and twisted way, injuries have probably played a good part in RAW handing out debut's to their developmental stars, who have undoubtedly made RAW more entertaining. I can honestly say I almost gave up on WWE giving Ambrose and Rollins a chance, but they have and in style. It's not just them though, we've seen Ryback, Reigns, Sandow, Cesaro and now Langston, this seems to be the future of the WWE and I'm pretty pumped for it.

Would you say RAW is in a transitional period right now? With Punk and Cena on top, the spotlight still seems to be on the newer stars. Cena has taken a back seat as of late and isn't in major storylines, complete faith has been handed to Punk and Punk will be going head to head with Rocky at RR, that's something to definitely be excited for. Even though I despised RAW last night, WWE does seem in a better place than it has been in the last 2-3 years (apart from 3 hours*), would anyone else agree?

*I know 3 hours will determine many people's answer, but I'm speaking directly about the content they're giving us.

You easily could have said this in 2010 when Nexus was running amuck and Miz was champion. I think WWE does this every now and again to experiment with who they can use as future players, but this isn't a transitional period from old guard to new guard IMO.

I was just saying to a co-worker that RAW is more interesting now than it's been in a long time. It's definitely due to the infusion of young, hungry, talented guys. Good on the WWE for moving forward and not resting on their laurels.

Can't compare them in my opinion. They wanted Miz to be a main eventer so he got the standard push, and Nexus was a stable - admittedly of developmental wrestlers - but there wasn't a NEED for new stars particularly, I think it's obvious to WWE that they are in dire need now. Undertaker is officially once a year, HHH seemingly has stopped (doubt it but yeah), Cena is approaching the home stretch, Punk won't be there forever, who else do they have?

We still have Hero, Pac, Ascension (if they replace the noob) to come.

The Undertaker, Punk, Cena & HHH points were all true in 2010 as well. Taker had one shitty feud w/ Taker where he wrestled one match and that was it in 2010. They knew then he was done.

Idk, get excited if you wish. I'm confident that Cena, Orton, Sheamus, and Punk will still be at the top of the heap 2-3 years from now

Probably, this isn't about main eventer's though, it's more so about the midcard, or wrestlers to feud with the top main eventers in your post.

Though if you believe reports (lol), Sheamus apparently has been told he will be replaced if he doesn't get the fans backing. Orton hasn't been relevant for a while now has he? I tend to ignore SmackDown so I don't know for sure, but I know he's floating around doing nothing.

Let's see where we are in a few months and see if WWE haven't turned em all into jobbers. I admit it's great they are all getting time but I don't trust VKM so we'll see if this sticks.

Things are looking up a bit. The Shield is an awesome group and after their excellent debut match, we have three new stars in the making (especially Ambrose), me thinks. Speaking of future stars, Sandow is pretty entertaining as well. And while I don't care for Ryback, it's refreshening to see them push a new top star. Caesro is ok, I guess. I could see warming up to him eventually. I'm not optimistic enough to say it's a new era just yet.

Ive heard this and I dont believe it, I am a fan of Sheamus( I'm admitting this) and its sad to see people on here trash him.
OK i admit he isnt the best on the mic but he has pretty decent ring skills.
They also need to push Wade Barrett more as they are wasting him, hes brilliant on the mic and has great talent in the ring, but hes just not getting pushed for WHC or WWE.
Ever since his return from injury, hes been wrapped up in cotton wool and told go for lesser titles before we can consider you for a main title shot

But if you did ever spot me in real life, if I do ever post a pic of myself on here, I do have very pale skin, much like Sheamus does and I was the punch line of many jokes back in high school, so many people did get a punch back from me.
So in a way, I kinda respect him for basically putting us pale people on the map as it were XD
