TellTale's upcoming adventure-game take on the popular comic book, The Walking Dead, has received its first gameplay trailer giving gamers a sneak peek at the actual game, but only for a few brief fleeting seconds.
It's still hard to tell exactly what the gameplay will be like, but the visuals have a very interesting tone to them. For instance, there seems to be a mix of cel-shaded character designs to replicate the comic book, while offering very stark and gritty realist environments to offset the gory, and harrowing situation for the characters
That was actually pretty good. Certainly it's not quite up to par with Dead Island's unforgettable debut cinematic trailer, but then again how many other trailers can compare to that? However, it definitely gets you pumped to play the game and that's what a good trailer does.
The game is currently available for pre-order right now for only $22.49, with 10% knocked off the original price for those who get their orders in early. The game will carry a $24.99 price tag when it does eventually release and you will be able to buy it for the Xbox Live Arcade, the Sony Entertainment Network or digital download for PC
