We're all a bunch of useless tools on this so called "forum". This is probably the shittest and most poorly run forum I've ever seen. We have members who don't care about the livelihood of the forum and will spam for the fun of it (me included) and we have staff members who literally do not give a fuck. Believe it or not, I'm the side of Small Show, because he actually cares about the forum, despite being a complete idiot. A huge overhaul is definitely needed. Monk and Mike, who although may be two good friends of mine have been the worst admins on any forum I've ever seen. I've let bias get in the way in the past, because I enjoy talking to them so much I confused that with them being good admins. Monk was surpremely witty, a nice guy when you're on his good side and generally has been a great friend of mine on the forum, but his method of administration led IWF into a dark whole which I foresee us struggling to get out of. That is a dark whole of total anarchy. We enjoyed popularity during that time, but that popularity was and always will have been limited.

My proposal is if any of you care about IWF (I don't, but a few happy memories of when IWF had real rules has led me to posting this) then take away the useless entities of members from the staff, who truly don't care, and employ members like Small Show, Knox Beard, Enzo Malenko, J-Bones and This Guy, who are all right people, but really do care about the forum. Set down some REAL rules, and enforce them to the max, don't be lenient, if someone is out of line, punish them and keep punishing them until IWF takes to the new rules and we have a set of real guidelines that everyone can follow.

Now, while I don't expect this to work, I think with hard working members who care about this forum, there is a slight possibility that we can pull through and manage to claw our way out of the whole. You may think this is weird of me, and believe me, it feels weird typing it, but while I don't actually want this plan to be taken up (because of the very small chance it'll actually work and the huge chance we'll be left with a very boring forum) the idea of the forum actually pulling out and getting through this is too great to pass up.

This month already we have like two new active members in pumpt and gardenstate (hope they stay) maybe next month if everything is more active with less drama we'll have another two new active members next month.

Kinda agree, there's not really any reason to care or things to do at the moment besides ban the occasional bot or move/lock the occasional thread. The staff is all good, really, the logical thing to do for getting more activity is to advertise.
