The Wilkes-Barre, PA police department’s website have issued the following statement regarding Mr. McMahon’s limo explosion this past Monday on RAW:

Information regarding WWE Event at Wachovia Arena

For verification purposes regarding those inquiring as to the alleged car bombing of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, at the Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre Township on Monday, June 11, 2007, the incident was a staged event, prearranged with Fire Department personnel and authorized by Township Code Enforcement officials. All necessary precautions were taken during the filming of the event so as to ensure the safety and security of all persons involved in the event. Mr. McMahon was not injured during the event contrary to what is being reported on internet web sites and other media sources.

this is for all the marks... I didnt wanna post anything about this.. because it low, isn't about wrestling and is very stupid more stupid than katie vick angle or Warrior/Roberts promos......

he is alive that i knew since i saw the damn thing... it's just really stupid and patheic way what the WWE are doing but i guess they kept using eddie name for there use and tainted DX legacy and made benoit job to wrestlers that he's 100 times better it doesnt surprise me....

thats one reason why I think ROH is #1..... and the best in North American Wrestling...

See this is a very smarkish thing to do Icon. Of course Vince isnt dead. Anyone with half a brain knows that, but why cant you let those of us who want to BELIEVE he is dead, do so? It's fun to pretend afterall.

The funny thing is that people actually gathered in front of WWE headquarters to mourn Vince's death. Again, these weren't plants, these were actual fans who truly believe Vince is dead.

In all seriousness, I hope Vince doesn't show up again and say that it was all a hoax, or else all of this could end up blowing up in his face.

I really don't like the angle as a wrestling fan, Sure it will bring in more viewers but how will this storyline help the product itself, WWE needs to start focusing...WRESTLING AS A WHOLE needs to start focusing more on the in ring action, angle's should be secondary.

I do agree with you Icon, ROH is the best company in North America from a wrestling point of view, but we all know WWE is the most successful.
