What pisses me off about pro wrestling is:

The steel steps.

[YT]BkDeJucAuCk[/YT]
After watching that and other countless horribly maneuvered steel steps spots, why the fuck do they continue to do it! If the person cannot successfully make this spot look believable why do they continue to do it?!

Example: Last Sunday's Lockdown PPV. James Storm smashes RVD's head off the steps. Well RVD, along with the majority of pro wrestlers, did not do a good job making it look real... and bled right after.

To me it is just unprofessional for wrestling today to still do steel steps spots where it is quite obvious the person's head does not hit off the steps. It is very fucking annoying.:blob2:

But the novelty of a guy getting thrown into steps wore off long ago.

They don't even sound like steel when someone is throw into it.

When I think of the steel steps I just thing of Mick Foley going knees first flipping over or John Cena power tackling them out the way.

I think the steel trash can is worse. Did you see those shots to Swagger from Orton? A coke can couldn't smash that easily.

I'm glad they don't do the head smash in the turnbuckles much anymore. I think thats worse cause they show it's padded. At least the steel steps make a lot of noise, and sometimes when they crash into them it's cool. The face smash into them looks pretty fake like you said, but a lot things in wrestling like that way.

Its pretty dumb when wrestlers get thrown into the steps and they clearly fall right into them. The spot is probably just used because the steps make a loud noise so it sounds real
