Aces and Eights, they have an agenda "to destroy tna" bs
the shield doesn´t have one, and bringing "justice" is not one, specially after the fact thet they got payed by heyman to attack ryback adn all that, even their attires, look like mercs to me

From what little I've seen of Aces and Eights, it seems they are intent on destroying TNA and tormenting Hogan and Sting or something. The Shield wants "justice" to be brought over all of WWE. Completely different, although anyone can dig deep and fins some kind of similarity.
