There's no such thing as idiot proof but Hendry is charisma. If there's one guy they'll do something with it'll be Hendry because he has the "it" they're always banging on about over actual wrestling skill. (Assuming that that's an unquantifiable charisma or connection to fans, and not oily, Samoan muscles. Because he doesn't have those.)

Maybe if he gets signed to WWE, he'll get to be in the ring with The Rock at wrestlemania, but wrestle? Nah. Plus, the thought of The Rock stepping in a WCPW ring is hilarious to me

I recall about 10 years ago when the Rock's contract ended (he tended to stay under contract to WWE even when he wasn't wrestling, which might have had something to do with the name "The Rock" being co-owned by him and WWE) and WWE didn't renew it, the Rock was a bit pissy about it. I seem to recall TNA trying to make some overtures towards him and him mentioning them, but he obviously wasn't serious and I don't think anyone took him serious either. He has always had a good thing going sticking with WWE. He can come back whenever he wants to make surprise appearances and do almost anything he wants, it seems. Wrestling for another company would likely screw this up. I also don't think he wants to really wrestle again.

Also, in case anyone isn't clear, Hendry is currently heel and it's obviously a kayfabe heel arrogance thing that he assumes The Rock wants to wrestle him in WCPW for his title. But if he does want to face Rock one day, I wouldn't put it past him if Rock ends up wanting a proper last WWE run before his body can't do it anymore. A lot of ifs involved there, though.
