I don't know if anyone has heard it or not but The Rock said he'll be there at WM 29. He never said anything about what role he's gonna play.

And then, this is what he said in a recent interview with MercuryNews.com
In a recent interview with MercuryNews.com, Rock sat down with Dan Gelston and spoke about various topics from WrestleMania, John Cena and Brock Lesnar.

Gelston asked the rock a simple question; "How bout it: Brock vs. Rock for WrestleMania 29?"

To which Rock replied:

"I'm not saying a thing, I didn't say anything."

According to Gelston, Rock laughed, smiled and raised an eyebrow when he commented.

That'd be a good match. Any chance of it happening? :pity:

I don't see the point in it tbh, that's the problem with Rock working more dates no one else is on his level from a kayfabe perspective except Cena and possibly Punk and Orton. If Brock stays on the road part time for a few years then go for it if not it's just there to pop a quick buy rate, which may result in a lackluster program.

I get that, but beyond a quick buyrate what does it achieve? Brock and Rock both ride away, instead of both helping cement someone.

Could be cool, not sure if it will work out. Also like the matches that Crayo posted.

They do look good tbh, also isn't Austin rumoured to be at 29?

Yes, it is rumored. He's one of the few who could possibly main event WM 29. Some say it could be CM Punk vs. Austin.

You say this as if WWE cares about anything other than achieving a quick buy rate.
