How do you guys think the road to Wrestlemania will play out for both RAW, and SMACKDOWN? I don't really care much for ECW, but I guess it can be discussed here, as I see things somewhat picking up. Right now, I'll address the SD!, and RAW main events. On the RAW side of things, I see Batista winning the Royal Rumble. Thats why he was "injured" Monday Night keeping him from participating in the Number One Contenders match next week, as they would have put him over Orton. Instead, now he stays "sidelined" until Royal Rumble where he makes a suprise entrance, and wins it a second time. He banks on the match clause, and looks for Cena's World Heavyweight Championship. There still is the factor of Randy Orton, and Chris Jericho. Two men whom are big players in the RAW main event scene. I believe they can dispatch of Chris Jericho rather easily, but what about Randy Orton. I see him inserting the match making it a triple threat. Then again, it may not happen as I doubt WWE wants to be stale, and keep the same theme. A fatal four way may happen, but I think thats a bit to much overkill. I'm interested into the angle they pull JBL, and HBK though.
On Smackdown!, I have no clue what will go down. Jeff Hardy, is the WWE Champion. He finally earned his title run, and I doubt he loses it at The Royal Rumble. I can't picture Triple H not being in the title scene at Wrestlemania. Yet, I think the best match to be pulled off would be a TLC match between Edge, and Jeff Hardy. Thats just fantasy though, as Wrestlemania matches are usually more formal if you may. They are about the classic wrestling, and not the gimmicks. You think WWE would have two multi man main events? Edge v. Triple H v. Jeff Hardy? Well that would be round two. Also, I think I've forgotten the Undertaker. He's been in the main event title scene every Wrestlemania. You think a Hardy v. Undertaker match would happen? IDK. Possibly, The Undertaker is the only other way Triple H can be out of the title scene for Wrestlemania propperly. Triple H v. Undertaker in an uber gimmick match, while Hardy goes against Edge for the championship?
