The Road to Wrestlemania 28

Since the end of WM 27, the WWE exposed what the main event to WM 28 would be. Risky?? You bet, but there is potential on this card to have one of the better Wrestlemania's in the last 8 years or so.

Rock vs. Cena - Probably the biggest match in the past decade. So far, both men are healthy, and this is going to be a HUGE draw. Will the match live up to the hype though? Or will it go beyond expectations?


Other rumors/fantasy booking

- HHH vs. CM Punk - This is a main event caliber match, and this has potential to be the top feud. In the mold of Austin/Mchaman , both these characters feed off each other. I'd really like to see this feud explode and climax at Wrestlemania.

- Daniel Bryan holding onto the MITB briefcase. One year ago if you would have told me, the title at Wrestlemania was going to be Mark Henry vs. Daniel Bryan, i would have thought you were crazy. Here it is November 2011, and there is a realistic chance that this could happen. Mark Henry is on fire now, and could hold onto the belt till Mania. This could be the perfect David vs. Goliath match, and SD previewed it this week.

- Randy Orton and the Miz. Don't count out this guys sneaking their way into the title picture, or a top tier match. Both these guys are top stars in the WWE now, and with many stars leaving, they are the "go to" guys currently.

- Rumors of a Mick Foley match as well.

The return of the bad guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too fussed about Rock/Cena. I always thought they'd struggle to keep my interest for the whole year, but as things are starting to shift up a gear it seems to be that they're going the typical face v face route to mania.... Making them allies in a big tag match, no doubt causing tension between the two. Seen it all before and not into either character enough to care. The set up for SSeries has been shit (Espeically seeing Cena already killed both Awesome Truth singlehanded in last week's Raw ME)... They may drop a complete bomb around RR/EC time to blow this thing sky high, but I think the 'best' we'll see is Rocky costing Cena a title between now and then. Can't in a million years see Cena not winning, but if they can manage to get us doubting like the last 2 streak matches then the pair of them will have done well and I'll consider it a success.

DB vs Henry seems the perfect was to establish Bryan.... I know some favour Sheamus to end Henry's reign, but DB needs something pretty monumental to cement him with the casuals. I actually think the match would deliver in it's own way (I thoroughly enjoyed the Orton/Henry match when Henry won the title and think DB will have no problem matching Orton's end of things.)

Not sure exactly what I want to see....

HHH/Punk off the back of MITB & Summerslam would have been sweet, but the whole storyline (and Punk's character) has been fucked up SO badly I can only see their booking these two at Mania being a TNA-tastic mess.

Hoping Taker steers clear this year and saves 20-0 for Cena next year, but the Foley rumours make me fear that they'll feed him to Taker this year and have Cena take the streak @ 20-1 next year (Which would suck cos, as much I'm cool with the streak ending, Cena more than anyone just doesn't need it.... U-n-l-e-s-s, although unlikely, we finally get the heel turn the IWC are dying for...?)

Like yourself, I'll be very suprised not to see Orton in some form of title picture considering he's been pretty low on the card the last 2 years and still hasn't actually WON a world title @ WM. Considering how he's upped his ring game this year, I have no problem with that either.

Christian/Sheamus would have been ideal for the pair of them (and a deserved spot for both after the good years they've had); alas it's already going on...

I wouldn't mind some kind of multi-team tag match to add some gimmick-ness to the card... Say AirBoom v AwesomeTruth v Ziggler/Swagger v SinCara/Mystero in a 4-way eliminiation match.

And I want Cody to SUCCESSFULLY defend the IC title (If not, I'd be content with Booker jobbing to him.)

with Daniel Bryan trying to cash in Money in the Bank at the end of the match and break the streak.
Undertaker can either go 20-1 or 21-0 from there.
