NoDQ.com > TNA > News on LAX being reunited as a tag team

Homicide has been told that LAX will be put back together when Hernandez returns in around two months. Homicide is said to be skeptical about the news. Both he and Hernandez did not like being broke up in the first place.

Regarding Hernandez, it was Dixie Carter’s decision to send him to Mexico full-time while he’s recovering from the storyline injury. Several TNA officials including Terry Taylor were against sending him to Mexico.

TNA pisses Hernandez and Homicide off by splitting the team.

They kick Homicide to the curb and dub Hernandez as the future of TNA.

Hulk Hogan comes in and fucks up all pre-Hogan plans.

Hernandez gets re-stuck into a tag team with Morgan.

Gets injured and "deported" to Mexico.

...only to come back to TNA to reunite with Homicide. TNA booking at it's finest.

I like Hernandez a lot, haven't been very high on Homicide of late. But yeah, they were actually a way better team when Konnan was around. But the two of them together now just...I don't know, LAX might have run it's course. I think them sending him to Mexico is LMAO though, especially in a 2-bit promotion like AAA. He should have been pushed ahead of Morgan in my eyes, send Morgan to Mexico and he can form a team with Mark Jindrak. :lmao

I love LAX, there like a Mexican nWo. Homocide is a great wrestler so Ill be glad to see him start getting some TV time again, and it bolsters the tag division again.

I would like to see a Homocide vs Morgan feud for about 2-3 months before LAX comes back.

Funny you mentioned Jindrak, that was who Hernandez feuded with first.

I seen Hernandez on AAA a few times and it's stupid because 80% of his promos are in english... He's the only one on the whole damn show speaking english. Why would you send him to Mexico when he can barely speak spanish?

His matches have been pretty bad. He just appears to be really slow now compared to how he moved in TNA. Most likely because he's in a bigger ring with faster guys. Even the match I seen with him facing Corleone/Jindrak he appeared to be really slow.

From what it looks like it's almost like they're just pushing him as a big monster. Sending him to Mexico probably hurt his credibility more than it helped him.

Here's one of his matches;

I honestly would like to see LAX get put back together. I felt like the split was forced and kind of awkward. I don't like Hernandez to much, nor Homicide, althought I do think that Homicide is a better wrestler but he and Homicide mesh well as a team. They do the whole speed/power combo really well (although Hernandez is decipletly agile). I loved LAX as a team, even though they seemed almost lost after Konnan left. I'd really like them to be put back together as heels tbh. LAX doesn't work as well as faces imo.

If they do get back together, they need a mouth piece. I didn't realize how bad Hernandez was on the mic til he went solo. Homicide isn't too bad, but still bad. If that makes any since.

bring back Konnan

Well TNA has a partnership with AAA and Konnan is still with them and I don't think he ever had a problem with Bischoff/Hogan so who knows.

He's still 'leading' La Legión Extranjera (the Foreign Legion) which is pretty much what LAX is/was to TNA. It's a group that's been around for years but is a loosely affiliated stable since it's members are constantly changing so as long as he's not in a major storyline right now maybe Hernandez will bring Konnan back with him.

LAX was like that. One week it was Apollo. The next week it was Machete, then Hernandez stuck and Homicide stuck.

An LAX reunion should be bigger than it will be, given that it's the biggest tag team in TNA that TNA still has access to. It should occur when Hernandez is a big name in the heavyweight division, Homicide is a big name in the X-division, and one of them needs the help of the other.

I hope they bring back Konnan. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff will do anything for ratings, so I would not be surprised if they manage to successfully burn the american flag LIVE on a Monday Night iMPACT!

Agreed! Why they decided to push Morgan over Hernandez when Hernandez clearly has more talent is mind boggling. I watched that AAA video and it seems like he's being paired with the wrong opponents/partners.

Does anyone know why he was sent to AAA? For seasoning? If so, that's bs. It seriously can't be for the injury storyline alone.
