John Bertollo sent this in just moments ago from tonight's Monday Night Raw taping in East Rutherford, NJ when Raw went off the air before the conclusion of the WWE Championship Match between Triple H and Randy Orton could be shown:

"Orton got the rope during the Crossface. William Regal came out and said the crowd disrespected him so the match was over. As Orton was leaving, Triple H grabbed Orton and Pedigreed him. Triple H posed (to end the show)."

Well, that sucks....guess it'll be Orton vs. HHH at JD

Orton/HHH was my favorite fued of 2004/2005. Their matches were gold...their RR match was great. I went to a House Show where the ME was Orton vs. HHH for the World Title. Orton as a face was awesome!

I just see this as a Feud that's going Have HHH for win, So WWE can set up for there 2nd Money Maker PPV of the year Summerslam 2008.. I bet Cha at Slam it will either be HHH/Cena Or HHH/HBK or 3 way.... (HBK will be getting an championship shot on PPV soon...)

But i wouldnt want an Orton/HHH 1 hour Match..

Cage Match is good option to it. As Orton had that really good cage Match with Ric Flair at taboo Tuesday 2004... (other options i would of liked would be. Street fight or maybe I Quit) But Maybe WWE could be leaning to HHH/Orton I Quit for One night Stand. As ONS only 3 weeks after Jday.. i just don't see this feud ending at J'day

Im glad they didnt do any huge thing like LMS or I quit. WWE only uses those every once in a while, and if we use it on this feud, then we wont see one for like a year, even if theres a feud that needs it... I just think this feud isnt big enough (other than being for the title) to have anything bigger than a cage match... Thats just my opinin though.

Maybe I'm alone, but I think this feud is huge and will only continue to grow. I think eventually we will either see a HIAC or I Quit match.

Also, if you think this feud is all about the title you are sorely mistaken and you are discounting over 5 years of history between these two guys. HHH is trying to hold onto his spot that was at one time destined to be Orton's. Orton is trying to overcome the one obstacle that has been in his way his entire career and prove that the student has surpassed the teacher.

Lastly, if this feud ends with HHH on top, it will be the biggest single mistake the WWE could make.
