Bro the reason you want to prevent kids from getting it is because they SPREAD it whether they are feeling sick themselves or not. So if a school has an outbreak, none of those kids may die or be hospitalized but when they go home and infect their parents and then those parents go to work it's just a chain reaction. I'm sure this will all go over your head since you're already going on about how kids don't die from it but man :lol

Literally the whole point of preventing infections is not to protect healthy people from dying its to prevent those healthy people from spreading it to at risk people who can't afford to stay home 24/7

Wear you mask as much as you want but if you break any of those rules then you are engaging in complete theatre and that is a fact

Has anyone every noticed that the only times anyone EVER says something is a fact is indeed when it is just their opinion?

Funny world we live in.

I believe its a fact. Happy to be proven wrong. No point wearing a mask if you do not follow the precautions

Why would you post an article from 2020 and say finally the CDC have come out and said it?

This is updated as of January 28th, 2022. And considering, you have used the CDC as validation of viewpoints - you can no longer reject them as a trusted source, to not fit your narrative. A key part from the article states:

  • Masks and respirators are effective at reducing transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, when worn consistently and correctly.

I'm not the one you brought up the risk on children. I was just responding to Stone colds irrational fear which you would agree is irrational

As for spreading the virus to vulnerable people, well at what point do we stop. No point restricting kids lives forever. Omicron is mild, hospital omission due to covid are low, the vaccine has a large uptake. I've been told that the vaccine reduces the severity. So brownie points.

Asymptomatic transmissions are low. If the kids are healthy then let them play.

Obviously showing symptoms best to stay home.

He said you can't spread it if you're healthy so I'm sure he'll make something up to counter you as well anytime now

Irrational? Dude. If YOU have a kid, and you want to prevent HIM from dying from Alpha, or Delta, all these ideas you have.. goes out of the window. Don't put words into my mouth.

I promised myself I wouldn't respond, but you're putting words into my mouth. I'm not afraid of OMICRON. I got it. It was painful. Everyone reacts to OMICRON differently. I bet you didn't know THAT...

MY symptoms were...
- Profuse sweating
- Fever
- Sore throat
- Coughing
- Headaches
- Shimmering "cold"
- What feels like shocks

I've seen flu with fevers and sickness like coughing, but not sweats and other stuff like headaches.
As for spreading the virus to vulnerable people, well at what point do we stop. No point restricting kids lives forever. Omicron is mild, hospital omission due to covid are low, the vaccine has a large uptake. I've been told that the vaccine reduces the severity. So brownie points.
So you DO agree, that having double vaxxed to Alpha and Delta reduces the severity of the oncoming virus, which came to be OMICRON.
Asymptomatic transmissions are low. If the kids are healthy then let them play.

Obviously showing symptoms best to stay home.
You still don't get it. Because you don't have nephews or nieces from flesh and blood cousins. I'll protect them as if I was their father.

You don't have a son or a daughter to protect.

If you are healthy eg not carrying any viruses then you can't pass on the virus.

If you've don't have covid then you ain't spreading it. Can't believe you can't grasp that
