Cowboys/Giants tonight was a tale of two halves.
First half: Officiating happened to be one-sided. There were a lot of calls I shook my head on, yet was missed on the opposing side. I hate calling out officiating, but there's usually 2-3 games a year that each team doesn't get the calls. Tonight was that night. The Giants' 6 points came on drives that were extended by penalties. Dallas also left a lot left to be desired, especially the Ceedee drop.
Second half: Dallas had big drives, Giants had big plays. Yet it was a defensive game all around and the game ends on a defensive play.
Giants' offensive line struggled tonight, Cowboys' defensive line thrived. And Cooper Rush is the first QB in history to have 3 fourth-quarter/OT game winning drives in his first 3 career starts... who would've thought?!
Big for Dallas to be 2-1 right now and second in the division. Didn't look this way after Week 1. Not sure if you want to rush Dak Prescott back against a Rams defense in a couple weeks. As long as Rush performs against Washington next week, I'd ride Cooper through Week 5. Get Dak 100% healthy.
