Apparently Noah Gragson is rumored to go to the #42 Petty GMS cup ride next year. Not really thrilled if that happens. A guy that is fun to watch in the Xfinity series going to a middle of the pack car in the cup series. I know that Erik Jones is performing better than last year in the 43 but still, who knows if the 42 can even be on that level.

Tbh I think with how more even the car is now, a great driver in the car can do it wonders. A lot of them mid pack teams from before this season have sone really great this season. Jones like you already said. Michael McDowell another one who has really improved with the car. So I feel Noah could easily jump in there and really make the 42 car go to the front
Yeah, maybe. It's hard for me to phase out how poorly that 42 car was for years in the past and so I am sour on Petty's teams. Granted, Petty GMS could be more GMS than Petty in performance and so it's not fair for me to compare it to past years (plus the new cars) but I just want to see Noah be in a fast ride. That 42 car is a bit of an unknown because Ty Dillon isn't exactly great on the track. lol Getting Noah is a smart move for them for sure and they probably see the success that Trackhouse has had with two solid drivers and that motivates them to push even more.

Cool win for Harvick. I was conflicted on that last restart between Harvick and Bubba Wallace. lol Now MTJ is outside of the top 16 for playoffs.
