Not sure he needed a redemption, dude didn't exactly do anything wrong, arrogant and had a personality? sure but thats not a bad thing. Guy got a bad rap for being himself which sucked. Always had hoped flames woulda drafted him. Also dude had 12 points in 22 games with limited role with the Islanders. They just didn't like he was someone who was his own person.
