UFOs show up all around the world. Just cause you see a UFO doesn't mean it is an "alien". The governments around the world test technology all the time. They have a lot more advancements then we are aware of. You have to figure some of these stories involve shock and people's minds playing tricks on them. A rush of adrenaline from the fear or uncertainty will do that.
