I wasn't able to watch Raw but heard he is on Foley's team now so does this mean he is becoming a face? Will this be good for his career or bad?

It's hard to say. He still retained his douchey personality while asking Foley for the spot. The poster for SS is brilliant with Miz being in the middle of a half white and half black background, indicating that Miz could be in either team. It's hard to say, so he might just be a tweener for now.
