They always hype up the Hell In A Cell as the most dangerous match in WWE history (excluding the Elimination Chamber match, of course), but when you break it down, it's just a normal hardcore match inside a 20 x 20 cell. Sure, I guess rubbing someone's forehead into the cell can mangle them a bit, but that doesn't really much overall. I can't imagine that being irish whipped into the cell is that big of a deal. It's not like the cell has electrical currents running through it or is completely wrapped in barb wire or something. 99.9% of every cell match is just guys assaulting each other with foreign objects, no different than what they could easily do in non-hell in a cell matches, they're just trapped inside a cell while they do it. The most dangerous moments of cell matches are when people either get thrown off the top of the cell or get thrown through it, and the irony there is that the entire point of the cell is that you aren't supposed to be able to escape the cell in the first place.
