Return to The Hunger Games, the landmark film franchise that has earned over $3 billion globally, with Lionsgate’s adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ #1 New York Times Bestseller The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. Years before he would become the tyrannical President of Panem, 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow (Tom Blyth) is the last hope for his fading lineage, a once-proud family that has fallen from grace in a post-war Capitol. With the 10th annual Hunger Games fast approaching, the young Snow is alarmed when he is assigned to mentor Lucy Gray Baird (Rachel Zegler), the girl tribute from impoverished District 12. But, after Lucy Gray commands all of Panem’s attention by defiantly singing during the reaping ceremony, Snow thinks he might be able to turn the odds in their favor. Uniting their instincts for showmanship and newfound political savvy, Snow and Lucy Gray’s race against time to survive will ultimately reveal who is a songbird, and who is a snake.

I haven't seen The Hunger Games in ages but overall I really enjoyed those Films especially the first couple. Prequel territory is always tough to do because you know the Story generally what he does Snow in the coming Years but this could be an opportunity to add layers on how he got that fucking evil. The Lucy Gray Baird Character has me really interested where this will take us.

I never read the books but I thought the first two movies were very nice and then the rest was garbage. I can't say I'm excited for a spin off so far.

I actually really enjoyed Hunger Games. I'd check it out at least.

First was definitely my favourite, though. Catching Fire was also really good.

Never seen the Hunger Games....saw the parody versions of The Starving Games and The Hungover Games.

Probably the same level of quality.

Might surprise you if you give it a shot. I didn't think it'd be for me before I watched it the first time.

Viola Davis steals everything she's in pretty much. That's an absolute get for this movie, and I'm sure she'll play a great villain.

The Snow Character man reminds me of Anakin Skywalker he was good but before the end he's going to be broken.
