Gimmick/Background:

Growing up, Jeremy struggled to fit in and rarely had many friends. Eventually, Jeremy would latch on to wrestling due to it's popularity boom in the late 90's and early 00's and realized that if he became a successful professional wrestler, everyone would want to be his friend! And thus began the ongoing journey of Jeremy's attempt to become someone's "Best" friend.

He gained popularity on the Southeastern Indy circuit thanks to his friendly and fun demeanor and would eventually befriend the struggling Bryan Baxter to form The Buddy System. Together they would have a lot of success in EWF, but ultimately Bryan would turn on Jeremy in order to go after singles glory. Dejected, Jeremy left EWF and signed with agent Mr. Bill Scorpane, which would eventually lead him to bigger success and then signing with FWA.

Of course, signing with FWA was a dream come true for Jeremy. Not just because it was the grand stage of professional wrestling, but because it was the home of his hero Krash. Jeremy looked forward to wrestling alongside his friend and who knows, perhaps they would also become best of friends along the way.

Unfortunately, at Back in Business in 2022, the unthinkable happened. Jeremy's friend and hero Krash disappeared into a lake along with his rival Randy Ramon... both presumed dead. But Jeremy would not have it. He refused to believe his hero was gone. He began the Krash Cruades alongside his partner Bryan Baxter and new friend XYZ. While it appeared all hope was lost, at Back in Town (Krash Memorial PPV), Jeremy defeated Alyster Black and then found out Krash was in fact still alive! But something was wrong. Krash seemed like he had no recollection of who Jeremy was. Something was wrong with Krash. And Jeremy was going to help him. Looking to snap Krash out of it, Bryan Baxter looked to beat some sense into Jeremy's friend... and then together they carried Krash off. Currently Krash's whereabouts are only known by Jeremy, Bryan and Mr. Scorpane.

Bill Scorpane

The Buddy System's "agent" though not the kind that comes to ringside with him or even travels with him. "Mr. Scorpane" as he insists Jeremy calls him is the self proclaimed "greatest wrestling agent in the Southeast" and has given Jeremy a ridiculous deal to have him as a client, only requiring Jeremy to pay him 55% of any earnings!

Mr. Scorpane also is a quite the successful entrepreneur as he owns Big Bill's Auto Empire in Atlanta, Georgia. Bill often lets Jeremy know he's not here to be his friend as their relationship is strictly business.

Mr. Scorpane believes in winning with any means necessary, and since getting more involved and accompanying Bryan Baxter to the ring, has often gotten involved in matches to help his client cheat to win.

Scorpane has since given up his agent duties in order to pursue intergalactic adventures with The Nephews.

Gimmick/Background:

Big Bryan Baxter is/was the tag team partner of Jeremy Best during his pre-FWA days. Together they were The Buddy System and picked up multiple tag team championships during their run as a tag team. However, Baxter would end up turning on Jeremy when they squared off one on one for a shot at the World Title - Baxter choosing gold over friendship, cheating to beat his long time partner. Baxter embraced his heel persona - Big Bryan Bastard while Jeremy would end up leaving for another company after taking on the services of Bill Scorpane.

But before teaming with Jeremy, Baxter had accomplished very little in his career and admits he was riding Jeremy's popularity when they became a tag team. Once he had turned on Jeremy and won the EWF Championship, his reign was short and he faded back down the card afterwards - sending Baxter into depression and alcohol. Realizing that he could use Bryan Baxter to help Jeremy in FWA, Mr. Scorpane would seek out Bryan, helping him clean up his life and brought him into FWA to join up with Jeremy.

Since then, Bryan claims to have become a changed man and wants to make up for his betrayal of Jeremy. Bryan comes to FWA with the supposed purpose of helping Jeremy in his career and is willing to do things that Jeremy doesn't like to do to win the matches (i.e. cheating). While Jeremy attempted to get Bryan to embrace winning cleanly, after winning the North American championship, Bryan realizes that he enjoys his success and will do what it takes to keep his success and not end up back in the gutter again.

Gimmick: Sir Stache believes that he owes everything to Jeremy Best, who basically found him on the streets and gave him a mask and the opportunity to be on FWA television. Prior to that, Frank was an unemployed loser with nothing to live for. Jeremy needed Frank to be "Krash" and Frank needed Jeremy to give him a reason to live. This lead to a beautiful friendship until Jeremy was buried alive at the hands of the dastardly Krash.

Style of wrestling: Sir Stache does not know how to wrestle. He is not trained. When in a match his offense mostly consists of punching and kicking and running/fleeing.

Backstory:

Not much is known about Amigo except that he is mysterious, handsome, and very friendly.

We have recently learned that he is a Luchadore that Jeremy Best visited with during his travels. Mejor Amigo was struggling to find an identity so Jeremy suggested that he basically use his identity but as a luchadore. And thus, Mejor Amigo was born. Amigo has now found some mild success in Art of Lucha as well as LCW.

He has now been recruited by Sir Stache in an effort to track down the whereabouts of their friend and hero, Jeremy Best.
