I'm of the opinion that people who dump you over the phone or by text (especially on social media) are cowards who don't have the strength to look a person in the eyes when they tell them, "I don't want to be with you anymore." What do you think?

Same. I'd rather be dumped/dump someone in person than over the phone.

Since Idgaf about humans, I'd say anything would do as long as i'm away from them by the end of the week.

I'm generally against dumping by call/text/e-mail, but I've been guilty of it- granted, I was much younger, very hungover and the guy I dumped was a massive dickbag.

I use to break up with people over text or phone, didn't matter. But as I've gotten older, I do it in person. I've seen enough shit and been through enough shit to not care now.

If the bitch is crazy does she even deserve to get a warning? I'd rather just cut off contact.

Though if it's a mutual departure I would meet with her face to face.

Over the phone is bad, but texting is just pathetic.. It should be in person if you have any respect for the person at all.

Don't really care, every time I got dumped was over a phone. At the end of the week, not gonna be with the person so in a sense, I just don't really care how a person breaks up with another.
