The best submission/striker wrestlers

What wrestlers in wrestling do you consider to be the best at working a submission and MMA-style striking style? guys like Daniel Bryan and such, who implement a lot of submission moves and strikes that either are or look stiff. This can be from any company.

Bryan is of course up there, he works an extremely well put together style.
Davey Richards also works it well, as much as I dislike him for no-selling and trying to be such a bad ass.

Who do you say work this kind of wrestling style well?

Yeah, I would probably agree with Senhor... Kurt would probably be the best submissionist and Lesnar as the striker, Undertaker is close though.

Takayama had some of the stiffest strikes ever IMO, can't recall him being much of a submission based guy though. Also Taker has incorporated a decent submission base over the years to go with his great striking game.
